EPE SEAL LINER
Made from foamed polythylene which is mainly used in screw type plastic or metal caps with various lamination options like PE, PET, PP, OPP, Saranex, PVDC, PVOH, Tin- plate etc. which is widely used in all plastic containers & glass bottles.
CONDUCTION SEAL LINER
All layers are only composed of polyolefin film and sealant layer for environment protection and recycling. Further aluminium layer can be added as per product. Majorly used in plastic containers like PET, PVC, PE, PP, PS, Glass, paper cups etc.
FOIL SEAL LINER
It’s layers are composed of aluminum and sealant layers like normal barrier layer and high barrier layer. Majorly used in containers like – PET, HDPE, PP, PS, Glass, etc.
VENT SEAL LINER
Releases the gas from the plastic container, preventing the change of it’s shape or bulging of the seal liner and adjusts internal pressure to keep the contents safe. Mainly used in gas generating liquid & fermented products in containers like PET, HDPE, etc
PSP LINER
Seals the opening of the container by coated wax on the formed polystyrene that adheres when pressure is applied by the screw cap even at low temperature. Widely used in all plastic containers & glass bottles
GLUE SEAL (WAD & MEMBRANE)
Includes two layers, sealing the opening of the container with edible glue which is inserted inside the cap when it is opened & the induction type adhered by melting the sealant layer is at the opening of the container. Mainly used in all glass bottles
1PC CONDUCTION SEAL LINER
This integrated induction seal with high frequency adhesive layer bands it to the container for maximum protection which is highly used in (dairy products, beverages, medicines, sauces, spices etc. and ) containers like – PET, PVC, PE, PP, Glass, Paper cup etc
2PC CONDUCTION SEAL LINER
Comprises an induction sealing layer and a cardboard or PE foam layer divided by wax. The sealing layer is melted & applied to the opening of the container with aluminum. Majorly used in PET, HDPE, PP
ALUNIMIUM FOIL LIDS
It’s layers are composed of aluminum and sealant layers. Specially used for yogurts & other milk products in containers like – PET, HDPE, PP, PS, Glass, etc.

1 PC INDUCTION SEAL LINER
This integrated induction seal with high frequency induction heating melts the
thermal adhesive layer and bonds it to the container. Thermal bonding provides a reliable protection against oxygen or moisture ingress for contents such as dairy products, beverages, medicines, sauces, spices and many others, and preserves their properties for a long time film layer (sealant layer) and adhere to the container.
